1-Year Jewelry Warranty

Protect your jewelry with our 1-Year Warranty for just $3.99 per piece. The warranty applies to each individual jewelry piece. If your order includes multiple pieces, a separate warranty must be purchased for each piece you wish to have covered.

When you purchase the 1-Year Warranty with your jewelry, your piece is protected for one year from the date of purchase against tarnishing, discoloration, breakage, and damage that occurs during normal use.

What’s Covered

The 1-Year Warranty covers:

• Tarnishing or discoloration
• Broken or damaged jewelry
• Broken chains, clasps, links, or other components
• Damage that occurs during normal wear
• Other issues that affect the appearance or functionality of your jewelry

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your covered jewelry, please contact our Customer Care team within one year of your purchase.

To submit a warranty claim, you will need to provide your original order number and clear photos showing the jewelry and the issue.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacement Limit

Each covered piece is eligible for one complimentary replacement during the 1-year warranty period.

Once a replacement has been provided, the warranty coverage for that specific piece is considered fulfilled and no additional replacement will be provided for the same item.

If the original item is no longer available, we may provide a comparable replacement.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Lost or stolen jewelry
• Jewelry that has been intentionally altered or modified
• Damage caused by repairs or alterations performed by anyone other than Born Again Jewelry
• Claims submitted after the 1-year warranty period
• Jewelry for which the 1-Year Warranty was not purchased at the time of the original order

All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by Born Again Jewelry.

The 1-Year Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the jewelry piece purchased with the warranty.
