Ordering & Personalization
How do I personalize my jewelry? On the product page, fill in your customization details, name, initials, date, verse, or photo, depending on the piece. For photo projection necklaces, upload a high-quality, high-definition photo for the clearest result.
How do I order more than one item? Add each item to your cart individually with its own personalization details filled in, then check out once everything is in your cart.
Can I cancel or change my order? Email us within 24 hours of placing your order with your order number and the changes needed. We'll do our best to accommodate changes made in time, but once an order has entered production or shipped, we can't guarantee it can be cancelled or modified.
Photo Projection Necklaces
What's the size of the necklace? Your photo projection charm measures about 0.62" x 0.62" (varies slightly by design). Chain length is 15.75" with a 2" extender.
How can I see the picture inside my necklace? Look closely into the charm, or hold your phone camera up close. The image is a tiny embedded projection, so it's clearest up close in good light.
Can I project the picture onto a wall or surface? The projection charm is designed for close-up viewing (in the pendant itself or through your phone camera), not for wall projection.
Jewelry Care
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green? Never. Our jewelry is made with hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant materials designed for everyday wear.
How do I care for my jewelry? Avoid contact with strong chemicals like detergent, bleach, or perfume, as these can damage the plating and cause discoloration.

Shipping
How long does shipping take? Orders ship within 2 to 5 business days. Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days from there.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide, with the exception of Israel.
How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
What if my order hasn't arrived? If it's been longer than expected, email us at supportteam@bornagainsales.shop and we'll look into it right away.
Returns
What is your return policy? If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, email us at supportteam@bornagainsales.shop with your order number and we'll make it right.
Can I return a personalized item? Because personalized pieces are made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns on customized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
