Born Again Jewelry Shipping Policy

Due to high demand and order volume, orders are typically processed within 48 hours. Once shipped, estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier:

Worldwide shipping: 3–10 business days, depending on customs and regional postal services. You can track your order via our website or the shop app once it has shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Poor weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Backlogs or delays at postal or courier services
  • Customs, duties, or other international shipping requirements

Shipping Liability:
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Born Again Jewelry is not liable for lost, stolen, or tampered packages once shipped. We strongly recommend verifying your shipping address at checkout and using tracking for all shipments.

If a package is lost, damaged in transit, or tampered with, we will work with you to offer a replacement under our limited warranty or replacement policy. Shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are also outside of our control, and we cannot offer refunds due to these delays.

Customers must report any missing or undelivered packages within 30 days of the expected delivery date so that we can investigate with the shipping carrier. Claims made after this period cannot be honored, as carrier tracking and investigation windows close after that time.

Important Shipping Notice:
Born Again Jewelry does not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by any of the above factors or circumstances outside our control.

All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Born Again Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your order is delayed, please contact our support team at supportteam@bornagainsales.shop before taking any action with your bank or payment provider. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide tracking updates.

Please note that chargebacks for delayed shipments are not permitted under our policy, as all orders are shipped with tracking and estimated delivery windows. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent account restrictions or cancellation of future orders.

Order Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed, cancellation requests can only be considered if submitted within 30 minutes of order placement. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that it can be honored. If an order has already begun processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Please note that custom orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances, as they are sent to production immediately after being placed.
