Born Again Jewelry Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy

At Born Again Jewelry, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. Please review our policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience with returns, refunds, and warranties.


1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Defective
  • Not As Described
  • Damaged

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos for assessment. Once we review your claim, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


2. Returns for Personal Preference or User Experience

If you would like to return an item due to:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction
  • Personal preference
  • Size, style, or fit

You may do so under the following conditions:

  • Refunds cover product cost only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable.

Returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team, who will provide the return address.

Please note:

  • Sale items and promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
  • These items may be replaced under the 30-day Limited Warranty or if damaged during delivery.
  • Refunds for sale or promotional items are only available if an extended warranty was purchased at the time of order.
  • All custom or personalized orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds. This includes items with custom engravings, initials, or other personalized modifications.
  • If a custom order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will work with you to offer a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Return Timeline

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date (as recorded by the carrier).
  • Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return.

4. Limited Lifetime Warranty

Born Again Jewelry offers a 30-day Limited Lifetime Warranty on all non-customized products.

  • If your product is defective, broken, or does not fit correctly, contact us with an explanation.
  • We may request photos or videos for verification.
  • If deemed valid, your item will be replaced at no cost.

Optional Extended Warranty:

  • Customers may purchase a 2-year warranty at the time of order.
  • This covers replacement or refund for any issues during the warranty period.

5. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Banks may take additional time to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at supportteam@bornagainsales.shop.
  • Born Again Jewelry does not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by any of the above factors or circumstances outside our control.
